William Hurley

Background

William has been wandering around the banking and financial institutions of New Zealand since the mid 1970's and has been re-engineering the way they do things trying (with mixed success) to introduce as much common sense as possible.  He has a passion for performance and has designed and implemented successful structures and processes in banking, treasury, financial relationship management, residential construction and property manangement, among others. 

Strengths  

William has a natural ability to see into the way things interconnect (or not) which leads him to 'get to the heart of the matter' quickly.  He can see and think strategically and is experienced in developing solutions that can practically be implemented and accespted into the organisation.
