Why does Optimize exist?

Between our partners we have well over 50 years combined experience in analysisng and improving business performance.  We have a passion for New Zealand and New Zealand business success and we have a huge amount of experience and expertise in the practicalities of identifying and managing performance improvement.

What's Optimize's basic philosophy? 

Basically we lend our experience and expertise in understanding the key drivers of successful business and usually start with our simple (and practical) 4-step business success strategy

1. Decide where your business is going and why 
2. Find out who your REAL customers are
3. Give them what they WANT
4. Take the money

Sound simple? ........    We wish !

Each of the three steps is usually a huge can of worms and often businesses (from owner/operators to huge corporates and Government bodies) are caught in an evolutionary cycle of following a market and doing what seems to carry the least risk (it worked last time!) without pulling it all together into a cohesive whole.
